Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, a way to help you relax deeply and focus your mind. It can help you change negative thoughts and habits by making positive ideas easier for your brain to accept because it is done on subconscious level.

 

The most common times your are in natural hypnosis is when you are about to fall asleep, right after you wake up, during day dreaming or dozing off, when you are not asleep yet no longer fully awake. Your brain waves slow down and are on low Alpha or Theta state.
